Contact forms

If you contact us via phone, email, or our online forms then we will store your name and contact details in order to answer your queries. If you choose to have this information deleted in accordance to GDRP then we are happy to do so.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Sites use cookies to identify and track visitors, their usage, and their website access preferences. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using websites – although the drawback is that certain features may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

WordPress uses a number of cookies to optimise it’s use, such as a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies (wpserver, wordpress_test_cookie). These kinds of cookie contain no personal data and are discarded when you close your browser.

If you were to log in to a WordPress site then several cookies are used to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies (wp-settings, wp-settings-time) last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks (wordpress_logged_in, wordpress_sec). If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

We require session cookies to optimise the server and our hosting software (phpsessid, stackscaling). These contain no personal data and are discarded when you close your browser. There are also a number of persistent, session, and third-party cookies used to improve your experience relating to site layout, settings, and analytics – including; viewed_cookie_policy, google analytics _ga, and third-party google and google maps.
